Frequently asked questions
I lost my phone. Will my paired devices come back on the new one?
Yes. Sign in to the Pivotex app with the same email address you used originally. Your devices are attached to your account on our servers and will re-appear automatically. You'll be shown the pairing QR again if needed for BLE.
The LCD shows "DRIVER FAULT" in red. What do I do?
The internal gate driver detected a fault (overcurrent, overtemp, or shoot-through). Cycle power to the unit. If it recurs, contact support with the unit ID (rm-XXXXXXXX printed on the label) so we can pull logs.
My unit is offline in the app but I can hear the relays clicking.
The unit is running, just not reaching our cloud. Check WiFi on the unit's LCD Connect menu. If WiFi is green, our broker may be temporarily unreachable โ try again in a few minutes or use Bluetooth from the app to control the unit directly.
How do I do a factory reset?
Use Settings โ Factory Reset from the LCD menu. This wipes WiFi credentials, learned door positions (ADO Master), and returns all settings to defaults. Serial number and hardware are unchanged.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice or warranty certificate?
Email steve@pivotex.ca with the unit serial number and we'll pull it from our records.
